DIM ? What's your experience?

I found an article that said DIM was a strong androgen antagonist inhibitor in prostate cancer cells tested.

I'm wondering has anyone here added it to their regimen and saw a difference one way or the other?

I used DIM for 30 days. Around a month later, my hair looked thicker but I ran out and never purchased anymore. I ordered some last week so should arrive soon. I will let you all know if I notice anything.

Thanks! I look forward to it. I think I'm going to join you. I will take 2 in the morn and 2 in the evening. I'll see if the formulation will allow me to place under my tongue to see if I can bypass the strong medium of stomach processing.
