Dizziness on finasteride normal ?

I just started finasteride 6 days ago and take it during the morning .. at random times I would get dizzy and it would last for awhile , yesterday I felt dizzy at night while I was laying down trying to sleep ... Is this my body just getting use to finasteride ?

A friend of mine (we were roommate at university) had similar experiences when he was on finasteride. At that time we were both taking finasteride and he had weird period of dizziness ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, maybe even more. We never even suspected that it could be caused by finasteride, but now that you're asking, it makes me wonder. He doesn't experience this anymore (I asked) , but he also has stopped finasteride cause of other sides.

I think your body just has to get use to the medication it tends to drop your bp which can cause dizziness which after awhile your body will compensate ... I haven't felt dizzy in the past two days and I'm only a week into this med

I had this too.
It lasted about 3 weeks before tapering off. At the peak it was quite uncomfortable.

Glad to know I'm not alone lol I feel better now no other sides
