TBH, you are too young to be having body image issues. It's good that you are trying to be fit and healthy, but you shouldn't be asking such questions. When a guy like you asks such questions, the only thing I can think of is insecurity and lack of confidence.
You won't find confidence hanging around in forums like this one. The only way for you to get confidence is through hanging out with your peers and trying different things. I mean you are at an age where you discover yourself, that's why you should be socialising with your friends and getting to know different sides of girls and yourself. Life is trial and error, we call it experience. That's why you should go out and experiment with different things (I'm not talking about drugs) and you'll learn slowly.
I think he's 17. His slim body is very normal for his age. How many 17 yo's have muscular bodies? His body will change very quickly in the next few years, and he'll put on some weight.

Secondly, what the f*** are you doing at a hair loss forum, if Ali wouldnt post above, "softing" me about your assumingly confident issues (as if a guy who put a video of hes body asking "do i have a good body" could have any to begin with.. :jackit: ) id tell you to f*** off this board, but since im a reasonable guy ill tell you to rethink what your doing here.........

Let me tell you about my perfect Saturday afternoon. I stroll in the door after my morning jog to find you just getting up (oh you lazy lazy boy). As I run my fingers through your hair you say, "Hey you fancy queen, not in the kitchen." And as I dash into the living room you take an adorable swipe at me, never intending to hit me, merely swinging your hand through the space I once occupied. I strip away my t-shirt and throw it on the recliner fully knowing that you won't move it and be forced to sit beside me on the couch. "Come on in here and watch a tv show!" I cry. Of course you're reluctant, but you get up and sit right next to me only to find yourself laying down at the opposite end of the couch not two minutes later.
