Hi all, I'm 28 years old and have been losing my hair for 6 years now. My hair looks like it's half of what it use to be when I was 18. I've gone to two doctors about my hairloss and both say: "your hair looks fine, doesn't even look like your losing hair". My hairline is there, but to me this is the least hair I've ever had. I've been using Nizoral and Rogaine for two years religiously, but that's it. My doctors don't see the hair loss, so no drugs for me, but I would not take them anyway. My insurance has changed so I just got a new doctor and will be going next week to get a third opinion. I know a lot of you have been hit with hair loss so I want to know what you guys think - is this male pattern baldness? Or is this alopecia areata or something totally different?
