I’m 22 yrs old, hair loss sort of runs in my family, most Of my family have hair, should I be concerned yet, if it starts looking bad I’ll just shave it all, short hair one is 4 months ago with a buzz cut

You are definitely receding so male pattern baldness is starting. I would be on finasteride at that stage. The question should be are YOU concerned yet? If not, then don't worry about it. @losingbattle88 @Mr. Slap Head @MrSnow

Exactly the same hairloss pattern as you.

First noticed in my 20s, now 36 with a decent set of hair, have some thinning and recession since but very minor.

Would jump on LLLT and Zix.

He is going to need "a bigger boat than that". He needs finasteride and minoxidil. And like me, he needs a forehead reduction by lowering that hairline with a hair transplant. He kind of looks like the actor from the show Gotham.
