Are you joking???

There are lots of bald mexicans.

But I think it again, and the fact is there are less mexicans that go bald when they are young. I´m based in my own observations. They tend to go horribly bald when they become 40, but not younger.

It is curious, since most caucasian and nordic types seem to start thinning earlier, we tend to hold certain level of norwoodness (3,4) to an old age, mexicans seem to go NW1->NW7 overnight. No middle point for them.

If I have to say a race that is privileged in the hair thing, I´ll say american native indians, hey mate, doctors should check their DNA or their follicles or somethig, becouse I´ve never seen any Big Bald Bull or Great Horseshoe Eagle. They all, even ancient ones, keep a superior thick hair.

anyone considered that early male pattern baldness may in part be aggravated by SLS, found in most shampoos? Poorer parts of the world (i.e. native american indians, mexicans) are less likely to wash their hair regularly, let alone with SLS shampoo.

The systemic absorption (and associated negative effects) of SLS is pretty well documented. Of course I am not saying this is the only reason!!

DNA, DHT, etc, etc would probably have some impact too. But I am very interested in early male pattern baldness (it is my belief that male pattern baldness ought to be restricted to those entering old age (70 or so), or otherwise by disease.

Maybe some of you here could read up on SLS and see what your own gut reaction is.

I see very little Mexican balders...I'll see a couple of older mexicans with hairloss but nowhere near as much as blacks or whites who have to deal with male pattern baldness.

It is a commonly known fact that alopecia androgenetica is a disorder especially for white Europeans. As most not-native Americans are originally Europeans, they are getting bald as well in a massive scale.

For some reason, the Androgenetic Alopecia-gene has especially been succesful in mutating in and around Europe. Most other peoples around the world are seldomly getting bald, like aborinignals from Australia, maori from New Zealand, and most Asians.

There is an interesting tendency at the moment in Singapore, where the Androgenetic Alopecia-population is believed to increase rapidly. Numbers there are almost equal to the Western countries already. Scientists think that the Western lifestyle in that area can be a reason for it.

You know what, it is true that mexicans seems to suffer less in numbers from male pattern baldness. This could be due to the fact that mexican people are a mix of Native American blood and Spanish Blood. The Native American part of them does not suffer at all(or barely) from male pattern baldness but the Spanish part is what gives them a higher rate of male pattern baldness then Native Americans. There Native blood gives them a lower rate of male pattern baldness then Europeans.

haha... history of how a small group of people(Ancestor) from Europe built entire population in america came to my mind. May be ancestors those acquired Mexico were blad? But don't next generation men carry hair genes from mothers who are more from other american region? pepole also say scalp related gene is inherited from X chromosome or mother more! and what about mexican environment?(all factors that may affect hair growth, may be slow down hair growth through gene level generation by generation) What about popular sports teams of Mexico? or any other popular teams that is not in entertainment industry(film/tv).

Absolutely. Alot of them are customers of mine. I sell alot of moedlo and Corona lol. Anyways. They typically diffuese and seen some bad cases. Esp since I've been worried about my hair. But the young ones have great hair. Like retardedly thick I could take pics and show you some of the best hairlines and some of the worst diffusing..... some older ones have great hair too but so do white and black it's literally just chance genetics imo. I have great hair nw0-nw1 at most at 32 but my family history is trash except my dad's side not including my dad. Also my maternal great grand father. But not my maternal grandpa....anyways for the time being I think I'm good. But hope a cure comes for all of us. Because it worries everyone I think....
