If you have a good skull and good face with a thick beard you are masculine, strong, good, etc. Even if you are bald. If you dont then its the opposite. Quite simple really.

Having a shaved head will make anyone look more masculine. Whether that bumps you from a 1 to 2 or from a 9 to a 10 on the scale depends on you as a man.

Having a comb-over or being otherwise obsessed with your hair will do the opposite: it will make you look less masculine. Even The Rock would look like a dork if he had a comb-over.

He doesn’t look terrible, but he doesn’t look great. To look better I’d say he should ditch the glasses, and grow a larger beard to balance out his big head.
