Malta....they will just provide a perscription, that should be valid thoughout the EU.

You would have to email them and ask.(would probably need 3 separate perscriptions)
Finasteride 1mg daily + 0.5 duta daily, is not a common dose though, so they maywell be expecting to perscribe you one or the other rather than both at the same time, but you would have to ask them.

they say on their website, ''We can prescribe Finasteride pills or topical Dutasteride/ finasteride''
so I have no idea if they can prescribe oral minoxidil or oral duta.

Otherwise you could contact hair transplant clinics if France and get try get your medication's through one of them.
i asked for fina/duta/oral minoxidil because in france we dont have topical for these ones
and with transplant clinic it is impossible
