Right now your hair looks fine,I wouldn't worry about it.But If you have any doubts just take pictures every single month to see if you actually are thinning.

I have doubts bc i heard that diet cna affect hair a lot. I lost 50 kilos last year and now i do again a very low calorie diet. Do you now if it can really affect your hair?

how low is your calorie restriction? If you build muscle they burn calories during even rest. Build muscle eat whole food. Congratulations on losing all that weight brother!

Thanks a lot.Now i'm 90kg. I eat 800 calories and my body needs 2100 so its a big gap. Yeah i sleep a lot. Do you see any difference in the picture. What Norwood scale am i?

Looks like some temple recession but still looks good. Deep scalp massage, micro-needling, inversion therapy. Vitamin d & K2 before bed. I'd recommend starting to try to build muscle and up your calorie intake. Push ups, squats, and short sprints. Avoid vegetable oils, canola oil, soya oil.... Do not touch finasteride or dutasteride unless you want baby dick!

Thanks a lot for the help. Nah i didnt lost 50kg to have a baby dick i wanna use it. You said to avoid oils? You mean eating them or applying it to my scalp. Bc i was thinking of using rosemary oil 3 hours before bath.

Np, yeah don't eat those crappy vegetable oils including margarine. That's cool, essential oils help with stress. Olive oil and coconut oil are good. Castor oil grows eyelashes.
