I'm worried about my hair more and more. I got told today by a hair dresser that I have some shedding and it looks to her like diffuse thinning. After 1 min she offered me some pro-growth medication from her saloon. Do you think she was right or more like tried to scam me to buy their stuff?

I really don't want to waste any time. What medication would be best for me? finasteride, nizoral, minoxidil?
