No one here has the slightest clue what will happen in the future. I have been on this forum for 8 years and I have seen threads like this coming up at least monthly, if not more frequently. You will have optimists responding that the next good treatment will be out in a few years, and pessimists saying that there's nothing in sight. It doesn't matter whether you cheer yourself up by believing the former or bring yourself down by putting your trust on the latter. Everyone here is just wildly speculating. I have always believed that the next great drug will not be Brotzu, Replicel or any other treatment that we are collectively anticipating to be released. It will be something that we have probably never heard of and one that will greet us as a positive surprise.

I'm thinking of ways to get 100k in 2 years, yet realistically there are none. I can sell my kidneys and it won't be enough.

Dollars. It is only a guess. Tsuji himself said that intially it will be very expensive and only very limited number of patients will be treated.
A good transplant could cost 30k, so that is why I guess that the intial cost will be very high.
