Dr Simmons is a respected hair transplant surgeon in Toronto. From what I understand, he uses more of a "stick and place" technique where the grafts are placed right away into a fresh incision.
While I don't have experience with Dr Simmons, as I had my procedure done by another surgeon, if you were willing to travel to Ottawa you might want to consider seeing Dr. Rahal. He is top notch, has great pricing and performs superb work.
