Does a hair transplant works for a norwood 5 head

I'm giving up on any treatment and lost fait on a treatment or a cure would come soon, so my last hope is a decent hair transplant, so I need an advise if anyone with norwood 5 had a hair transplant or seen anyone have a norwood 5 who did a transplant, any help would be appreciated thanks.
