When I started using minoxidil foam in July (hot as fuk summer) the foam would literally melt to liquid in seconds once it made contact. I could fill a full cap of foam and in seconds it would start to liquify.
So this is how I got used to applying the foam.
Then the weather started getting colder and now the foam comes out as very hard foam.
What I do is run the foam bottle under hot water for a few seconds, then the way I apply the foam is just spray that sh*t in a few areas on the top scalp and then massage that it in so it gets all over the top scalp. It's now way more easy to do this when the foam liquifies and feels like watery gel once it comes in contact with the scalp compared to the hard foam.
Obviously this is only for people that apply minoxidil over the entire top scalp and not for those that spot treat i.e. only tempels.
Pardon me for my lack of experience with the foam as veteran users probably surely know that the foam is more liquidish in summer and harder foam in winter and already know their preferrance.
Up until now I usually read about minoxidil users running the bottle under cold water so the foam actuall will not liquify.
Any feedback is welcome.
