Current Protocol:
Dutasteride 0.5mg Daily.
Propecia 1mg Daily.
Oral minoxidil 20mg daily
hopefully Bicalutimide possibly (50mg) daily
hopefully Tmaoxifen (20mg) daily

I‘d very much doubt oestrogen levels would be anywhere near high enough to cause feminisation but gyno is all but certain on bica. Tamoxifen may help somewhat in this regard though.

No idea if it will cause diabetus, but I’m sure it would increase your risk of developing if you already struggle to maintain a healthy BMI.

Also imo 50mg is too low remember bica will double baseline T in men.

Just wandering whether it's worth it. My hairloss is aggressive -extremely aggressive. Nothing seems to stop it at all.

Dutastertide and Propecia literally nothing. Can someone tell me if they can find a study where Bica Mono-therapy doesn't cause diabetes?

what dose-age do you reckon I should go for?
I don't plan on using Estrogen. I am attracted to women and want to maintain my masculinity. I intend to save my hair not change gender.

High Blood Sugar: When taken in combination with LHRH agonists this medication can cause elevated blood sugar levels in patients with and without diabetes. Your oncology care team will monitor your blood sugar.

I found this not sure if there is anything about Bicalutimide and its affect on blood sugar alone. The article states if taking in combination so I'm not sure if Monotherapy is different with sides.

Please any advice would greatly help me.

I'm scared that the feminisation will change my gender. Any Bicalutimide users?
Please not I don't wanna change my gender, I just want to resort to Bica to hopefully regrow my hair. Also would it affect my beard?

Please note I am a 9/10 in looks as a man (Not being arrogant). My aim is to keep my hair to continue attracting women not to become one. I have fairly thick facial hair and do not want to lose any beard hair.

Any advice would help
