Does chest pain mean gyno?

First time poster here.

I started taking quartered Proscar about a week ago, and only a few days in and I began to experience mild chest pain. Nothing intense, and no enlarging at this point, but also certainly not in my head. I'm wondering if chest discomfort is definitely an indication that I'm heading toward gyno. Did anyone experience early discomfort only to have it subside? Thanks in advance for the help.

I noticed some discomfort before I got gyno. At the time I figured I was being paranoid, but a few days later my nipples became puffy and left side of my chest starting to enlarge...
