Does diameter increase ONLY upon new growths

If the answer is yes then why are we waiting for the fuzz to take its own slow time growth?Why not wax the fuzz a month into program and let the regimen due its thing then follow up three months later when the new ones have appeared larger than before ect ect .

Kev hair will start thin and grow thicker until it reaches a maximum then it will keep that maximum until it´s about to fall off when it tends to become slightly thinner and then fall off.

Once your follicles start minturizing the maximum will be thinner and thinner until it´s fuzz.

Waxing the hair shouldn´t revive the follicle - how could it?
