does dutasteride raise probability of CANCER?

Today I saw a documentation about breast cancer. They said a study showed that breast cancer is declined because many women quit their hormone replacement therapy.

conclusion-> hormone replacement therapy could release cancer

So I thougt, it could be the same with DHT blocker (finasteride or dutasteride).

I take dutasteride and I want to know, if the probabiltity due to taking dutasteride to get any type of cancer higher?

Are there any longterm studies existing?

im not an expert, but i thought the thinking has been that since finasteride and dutasteride affect the hormones that have detrimental effects (in later years) on the prostate, that finasteride or dutasteride could actually be inhibiting the changes in the gland that are precursors to canerous cell development
