Does everyone who has success on the big 3 shed?

I've just started my routine using finasteride, Monoxodil and Nizoral.

I was wondering does everyone experience a shed with these treatments, or is it just some people?

Also, if you do not experience a shed, does that mean you will not grown any new hair?

not everyone experiences a shed. I've been on the big 3 for over 2 years now, never really noticed a shed.
I've regrown a little and the quality of my hair improved alot.however it did take me longer than normal to see results. I didnt see a noticeable improvment untill 14 months,but i dont know if this is relevant though
