Does finasteride/dutasteride increase body fat?

Does taking finasteride/dutasteride increase body fat? I know it could cause gynecomastia but what about the rest of the body?

it can be a side effect

because it can increase estrogen in your system

but its now very common .... just like gyno and decreased libido

i think it might also be the placebo effect
