Hey, I am new to the forum, and I was just wondering whether Finasteride STOPS hair loss or does it just SLOW it down? I have been receiving differing information from different doctors about whether it stops or slows.

It depends how aggressive your hair loss are. It may slow it down or completely stop it.If you are lucky, you may even have some regrowth. If you use better regimens, you will most likely increase the chances of slowing it down further or getting more regrowth - but in most cases, chances of getting side effects will also increase.
