Does Finasteride Work On Completely Bald Men ?

Hiya I am looking at trying to get my hair back. I have been told for 11 years now and I am 36.
I just looked into Finasteride and ordered so but I am just wondering is it only for people with balding issues or can bald people who struggle to grow any hair on top of their head like me have a success story with this.
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

No won't do anything unless you use high strength minoxidil too. Even then it may be too late after 10 years. Best start saving for a transplant.
