I had initial nipple pain it did not lead to any significant gyno so far and I've been on it for 2 years

I wouldn't say that it always leads to gyno but they're definitely very frequently correlated

There's different degrees of gyno. Some people will get puffy nipples with a little tiny glandular growth, some people get small, strangely shaped breasts and some people get big ol honkin mommy milkers
