does it look like i'm getting worse (plz help)

Hey, I have been on finasteride for about 10 days now with oral castor oil and nizoral but I'm not sure if it's doing any good, and i kept having a really itchy scalp and kinda bad irritation before I started and even after using the treatment it hasn't stopped and I think my crown has got a bit worse

I'm posting pictures from before I started treatment and pics from today
