Does it look like I'm thinning?

Hi, new here. Hoping you will be nice and reply. I will be 20 years old next month. For the past 4 months, I've been noticing some hair loss. I lose maybe about 30 hair strands in the shower and also some when I comb or run my fingers through the hair. I'm extremely paranoid. People have always told me that I have hair like my dad. My dad is in his 50's and still has a full set of thick hair and no receding hairline whatsoever. Baldness doesn't really run in the family, however, my mothers father was bald and one of my uncles from that side is bald so just two people, but they started out as receders. On my dads side they all have thick hair, no baldness at all and my grandfather (his father) is in his 80's and still has his hair. I don't think I have a receding hairline or temples, my forehead is only 2 inches wide. I've actually been stressed out lately with school and all. But these past 4 months, I've been noticing hair loss especially in the shower and if I don't touch my hair no strands seem to fall out. I did see a little hair strand growing near my widows peak, and a little strand growing above the hairline from a closer inspection. Looking at the hair strands I see like a small white dot at the end. I used to use alcohol free hair gel, but stopped since a long time. Even when I used to put on hair gel I didn't notice any hair loss. The shampoo which I use is Head & Shoulders 2 in 1 Dandruff control with Pyrithione Zinc 1%, even though I don't have any dandruff, I'm thinking about switching shampoos, maybe that's the cause? I'm attaching some pictures so if you can please check them out and give me some feedback I'd appreciate it.

Okay, I took pictures of my hairline and temples. I'm just concerned because my part seems to look wide.
