No, it's just bad timing. People who feel sorry for themselves for not having had sex in their early twenties usually consult the right hand when they feel down more often than others I guess (no study but makes sense lol). Early 20s is often a time you start experience hair loss if you have male pattern baldness in your family. Most people at least get some kind of recession in their 20s even if they only end up a nw2 with thick hair until their 50s/60s.
