I’ve got a theory that the reason people lose hair and lose fat pads in the upper face (inlcuding the scalp) as you age is from blood flow getting restricted to the upper face and scalp over time.
My theory is minoxidil brings back that blood flow for adipose tissue to reginerate.

Also in this study they talk about adipose derived stemcels. Maybe someone who’s more science savvy can go over it
If my theory’s correct then minoxidil could make facial fillers useless. You could theoretically put minoxidil on your upper face(upper eyelids temples cheeks/mid face etc all the all places you lose volume over time) and restore that fat pad
