Does our hair go through shed cycles?

Some parts of the year it looks thinner while other parts it looks thicker on the big three? ANyone know?

I dont' know about that, but I think in general my hair goes through thin and thick cycles, and each cycle lasts a few years....

Well I don't know it seems like a few years...You notice thin hair, then after awhile thick hair for a few years, then i guess it all falls out and starts all over again?...maybe that is the life cycle of my hair, it all starts at once and ends at once, maybe similar to how dogs blow their coat once a year so they look flat for awhile?

People go through a shed in November and during the Summer naturally.
