does shedding increase during the treatment?

this is my first post in this wonderful forum>


My story:

i start shedding since i was 15.5 years old and the shedding is increasing .

after long research i thought i would use propecia and rogaine togother.

iam using them from month ago with rexcol shampoo.

minoxi (twice daily)

finasteride (1mg daily)

rexcol shampoo ( nearly daily).

after month with this regimen i noticed a huge increasing in shedding>


My questions :

is it normal that shedding increase during treatment?

is rexcol shampoo effective or should i use nizoral ?

iam 17 is this regimen suitable for me?

Being that young you may want to reconsider using finasteride. Also are you sure you are loosing hair? Shedding is normal and unless their is any noticeable loss/ thinning you shouldn't worry about it.

actually i dont think my shedding is normal , cause my hair seems thin

and weak and really my style hair isnt as beautiful as before shedding.

but u didnt answer for these questions :

shedding is a part of life when beginning with minoxidil and propecia. yes this is normal. not sure what the other shampoo is but just buy nizoral. its cheap and you can get it anywhere.

I don't see how 18 is the magical age that all of the sudden men can or can't use propecia.

i say if it works let the guy try it.. a couple of months is nothing.

There's nothing magical about it. You don't want to f*** around with your endocrin system during puberty.

What you're giving here is REALLY BAD advice.
