Does Shedding Starts Immediately After Finasteride ?

So hello friends, i have started taking finasteride1mg since 1.5 month
In the first month there was neglible shedding

But since last few days, I'm shedding like 50-60 visible hair,
Earlier i did not had a single hair in my pillow but since last few days
My pillow has atleast 5-10 thin hairs on it

Also I've started cross fit training in the last few days
Can CrossFit TRAINING be the culprit behind my hairfall or it's just the normal shedding because of finasteride.
I can feel my hair much thinner since I've started crossfit training

Please help

Yes it started 30 seconds after I took my finasteride pill
