Does the Alcohol in Minoxidil Damage Grafts Post-Op?

Dr. Rassman, on http://www.baldingblog.com, seems to think that using an alochol swab on the forehead to clean off excess vitamin e could damage grafts in the hairline area and this is with the grafts already covered in vitamin e!

So it makes me wonder if applying Minoxidil post-op can damage the grafts.

Any thoughts?

Do you think Dr. Rassman is wrong here?
