does it just cover bald spots? I posted a bit back about how I managed to cover up my thinning hair with Rogaine foam and baby powder, but that sh*t isn't flushing anymore. My hair has taken a turn for the worse in the past month and Rogaine foam and baby powder ain't cutting it. I just ordered some Toppik. It should arrive in a week or so. I know a lot of you guys with short hair and bald spots have had a lot of success with this stuff. I am wondering if I spray it on my medium-length hair, will it plump up that actual hair? I'm not trying to cover a bald spot; my hair is long and spider web thin and I want to plump it up.

It does both for me.

I have slight diffuse thining at the front and with a touch of nanogen (near enough toppik) it makes it look fuller and covers the area well. The key is not too over do it and might take a few go's to get it looking great but it can certainly make your hair look fuller and in a better position.

Caboki might work well for your situation. I find it tends to stick to the hairs better than Toppik and add more volume.

What does plump it up mean? Is that some weird UK term?

I usually use DermMatch as a base then I fill in with Toppik to get rid of the shine..works wonders!
