I had a FUE of only 400 grafts 2 weeks ago for a bald spot in my hairline (born with it)
Thet didnt use the whole donor area for the surgeon like most people. They only used like 50 40 % of my donor to extract the grafts.
My question is will this be a problem because i dont grow my hair on the sides and back of my head long and shave it with clippers. Wouldnt it be beter if they used the whole donor area even if its just 400 grafts.
