Hi guys,

I'm a 23 year old just beginning to learn how to treat my hair loss.

I've have been using the Nioxin products for 2 years and have found them to be good for your scalp but do NOTHING for hair loss.

I am trying to put together an action plan and here is what I've come up with so far as to what products to use:

1) Revivogen - shampoo, conditioner, scalp therapy

2) Kirland Minoxidil 5%

3) Photonics Laser Comb

Now I don't want to take anything orally that would mess with my libido as that is more important to me than hairloss but any recommendations, advice would be much appreciated :!:

LaserComb is rubbish. I can't give advice on any of the others though I don't know enough about them. Again, LaserComb is a crock. They've been pending FDA approval for a million lightyears.

Also, taking Oral Finasteride is your best bet. You say that your libido/body is more important then your hair loss well that's fine except the side effect rate of oral Finasteride is just north of 2% in Men.

You should really give it a go. I was scared to get onto Finasteride but I'm glad I listened to the non-negative users on this site about it.
