I didn't wash and set my hair for days and today I realized my receding temples are too obvious rather than when I do a comb over, so according to the pictures which Norwood stage do I look like ? Will it be too obvious that I'm balding during the social life ?
P.S.: I'm 23. My regimen is topical minoxidil and oral dutasteride( 2 months minoxidil and 1.5 month dutas)

I do consider about taking finasteride as well with dutasteride.

Adding finasteride isn’t going to make your regime better.

Give dutasteride and minoxidil more time, you’re still very early. I would stay on those two + ketoconazole shampoo until 12-16 months to gauge any progress. If you want to add something now add ketoconazole shampoo 2%, and microneedling.

If those do not work at giving you slightly more coverage in 12-16months then your options are hair transplant or experimental drugs.

You should know that although that amount of recession is not ideal at 23, you still have plenty to work with. If you can maintain what you have (likely on your current regime) then you can consider a hair transplant in 3/4 years to give you more coverage. Best of luck.

I would definitely peg you as a strong NW3, but I find people outside our sphere of hairloss fixation don’t really notice anything until there is visible thinning. Your density is still really good, and if you style it forward like that I doubt anyone would give it a second thought.

As stated give your treatment more time.

Also your hair in its current state although not a Norwood 1, no one will ever mention hair loss or hair thinning when describing you. You have a good shaped head and a small enough forehead where the recession gives you a mature look and less of a recessed look.
