Duta+fina 9+months Rapidly Getting Worse

hi can anyone help me or give me some sensible advice.
Ive been on avodart+finasteride for 9months and my hair especially frontal is rapidly getting worse. Unlike most people on here my sides are that my T has boosted and increased libido and body hair.
Is there anything realistically i can do to get my hair back to baseline? has the hormone shift changed the way my hair grows?

all of that is relevant ^ however prior to the meds my hair was in a better state and thats the main issue.
i was more hoping if someone could explain to me if the boost of T is a bad sign
