Hello lads.
Been thinking of switching to dutasteride after 1.5 years on finasteride without great results. The online patient information says not to take it should you have a peanut allergy due to the presence of Lecithin which may contain soya oil.
Many peanut allergy sufferers are also allergic to soy, so I'm guessing that's why it says this. I have a peanut allergy but no soy allergy - have actually consumed soy sauce on several occasions, keep that between us though.
I think this means it should be safe for me to take dutasteride, wouldn't mind some reassurance though. What do you think, should I put my life on the line? It's essentially over once I lose the rest of my hair anyway.
