Dutasteride and an anti-estrogen

I have been using dutasteride, genuine dutasteride, for about 6 weeks now.

No side effects to report-- except for

1) Increased nipple sensitivity
2) Increased frequency of urination :p

However,
sometimes I'm worried about developing gynecomastia. What are the initial onset sympotoms of this condition?

I can't tell-- I've been working out a lot lately, even the bench press- which works out the chest really well. I can't tell if it the increased muscle or whatever, but I feel a little bit different in the chest area.

Should I add an anti-estrogen to my regime to help prevent gynocomastia from occurring? I really don't want to quit dutasteride, as I've already had significant temple regrowth and overall better regrowth over the entire scalp.

I take it since 3.5 weeks. For me:

1) LESS nipple sensitivity. Breasts feel smoother than before!!! With finasteride i had pain in it from time to time. Until today i have also less libido - the libido was MUCH greater with finasteride!!! Curious i find.
2) no change.
