Dutasteride topical monotherapy questions

Has anyone used this from fue clinic? It says take once a week? Then once a month? Is this fraud or not understanding. Seems like a reputable source but not sure if anyone had luck with any of the topicals?

I really find it hard believing 1 application a month can make a difference. And if so, how long is "after"?

Mesotherapy starts once a week and then once a month. It's done with a dermaroller. Half life of the drug is 5 weeks so it's perfectly reasonable.

Topical Dutasteride 0.1% I use once a week, I use the formula by Dr Mwamba.
