Earache

Has anyone suffered or is suffering from earache or anything to do with the ear since take Finasteride?

I have suffered from TMJ for about 3-4 years but i have only just got earache. About a month after taking Finasteride. It could be coincidence and be that my TMJ is finally playing up.

It's pretty hard to say. I have TMJ and it was at it's worse when I was taking finasteride and has almost become non existent since I stopped.

That being said I also went in for a free acupuncture session as I was quitting finasteride and maybe I just benefited greatly from the treatment.

I talked to my doctor about finasteride and he said since it effects horomones many effects are possible but that he had never seen anything like the sides I described and did not believe finasteride could cause perm sides.

I wish I could tolerate finasteride like the majority of people but sadly my body reacts poorly to it.

So it is most likely impossible to answer your question for sure. I guess you also have to calculate your stress level as well because stress can have great effect on TMJ. I hope it goes away for you and you get to keep your hair.
