Does anyone here know of any cases were a man with pre-existing ED problem has started Propecia and not gotten worsh. The thing is I have some ED and NO morning-erections due to previous ant-depressants, but I use Cialis and that works very well for me so I can function sexually, BUT one can undersand why I am sceptic about Propecia. I have searched the internet but I haven't heard of one man that had ED before propecia. Either my ED will get worsh, if I start propecia, or since I have it already and no morning erection, I might not notice the difference. A man with 100% erection is more likely to notice a change in his erections. Does anyone here know of any such cases? Please help, it's really important.

In my opinion youll be asking for trouble.
If you do get sexual sides from propecia, given you already have ED issues it could become really noticable. Be careful.
You might be okay and not even get sides. up to you- if you risk it, monitor things carefully.

im sure plenty of men have been. it shouldnt matter to you though. Each case is different, even the sides vary!
Theres nothing anyone else can really tell you. The potential sides apply to everyone...since you already have ED i can tell you myself youll have much worse ED if you do get it from propecia.
Try 50mg zinc for a few weeks-may help your existing condition mate.

Futhermore, on the same point, my endo actually says that finasteride negatively effects PDE-5 also. So not only would it stop Cialis from working it could potentially worsen the original condition under the same mechanism (excess PDE?).
That combined with hormonal imbalance is pretty shitty.

Here it goes.....Since I turned 18 or 19,I have been having mild ED issues.I dont get turned on that easily anymore but this is due to my depression.When I started doing finasteride I had mild head aches after the 3rd week,funny feeling around my nipples,balls and my libido maybe dropped down by a notch.
All the other sides slowly vanished but I still have a low libido but I have had this for like the last few years.I recently started taking Zinc 20 mg everyday and I seem to be getting regular nocturnal erections.I guess I have to blame my depression for my libido and taking finasteride isn't helping the cause one bit but it hasn't worsened.I started with a weekly dosage of finasteride[1mg],twice a week and later started taking it every other day.For the last 2 months,I have been taking 0.25mg finasteride everyday and it seems to be helping my hair a lot.
I do weights regularly and I mean I really work my *** off.My pecker seems to be as big as it ever was and mentally I feel a bit better too as I have started talking more to people.I'll admit this I can never imagine myself beyond a NW3.I am too afraid to lose my hair and this is the only reason why I started taking finasteride in the first place as the other treatments seemed to have only a mild effect.
