What exactly does using finasteride do to the sebaceous glands and what is the role of the sebaceous glands in male pattern baldness? Most men complain about oily hair and as the hair miniaturizes the oil glands secrete the same amount of oil so thats the chunks of white oily seb derm type stuff most men complain of.

when I started to loose hair, my skin became more oily, scalp included. After i started the treatments i experiencied a reduction of oil on scalp. I don't know what cause that, propecia or minoxidil or nizoral. Probably nizoral.
