Ejaculate while defecate (normal or side effect?)

Has anyone else seen ejaculate (it's actually secrete from prostate and seminal vesicles) coming out of their penises while defecating? The reason it happens only then is that the faeces and the rectum put pressure on the prostate and push its secrete out. I don't remember it happening before I took Propecia and also haven't heard of anybody other have it. So I guess it's not normal.
Does anyone else have this or has anything to say about it?

Sounds like you have an oversized prostate. Go to the Dr ASAP!

My prostate is 18 ml. That's below the average (20...30 ml).
