Heyy

I've a couple questions about emu oil. Many people uses it to restore the hairline or the crown area.
They say: it also works anti-flam. and wakings the sleeping follikels.

But this is what i don't get

It contains:
-I thought that Alpha linolenic acid is bad for the prostate, and topical?
-Omega 6 promotes flammation, does omega 3 levels this? What does omega 9?

How is this good for your hair?

i'm wondering if there's anyone that know this! thanks!

It's a gimmick, no one saw any regrowth on that stuff alone. Be wary of these products that promise to cure every illness under the sun.

ohh oke.. but still, is it a weak dht inhibitor? or does it promotes the binding of DHT? because the ALA en omega 6 & 9 in it?

most studies on emu oil are animal studies, from what i have seen so far. The 'awakening of hair follicles' study with emu oil, is on animals. the only thing that sticks out as facts is this: emu oil is easily absorbed by the skin and acts as an anti-inflammatory. As a result emu oil is an excellent vehicle for other stuff because it enhances absorption and emu oil aids with wound healing.
