I noticed thinning at the back of my hair and a bit on my temples, I'm 20 years old and when I shower I see hairs like 4-12 strands
I used to have this kind of experience and my crown was really thin back when I was 15 years old and it got thick again I don't know how.. maybe because of proper sleep.
