I recently got a haircut and I took pictures under a bright light and a flash from camera.
To me it appears i am thinning a lot on the crown, and am diffuse thinning. My hairline is fine and does not seem to be receding.

Hi there,

Id say if you get on the Propecia and minoxidil now you should contain and maybe improve what you have.

Then to cover your baldness I would use a concealer such as Toppik.

are you thinning from the sides too or is that just the flash?

go for some tests like scalp biopsy or blood tests to rule out possibility of medications and to determine the underlying truths.
