Evista dosage - going higher than 60mg/day?

I started Evista a week ago and am currently taking the recommended dosage, 60mg a day, and have enough for about ten weeks. I've seen on some forums (although somewhat old threads) that more than 60mg a day is recommended. I think I even saw someone recommend a 4-week cycle with 240mg/day for one week. These are mainly people who got gyno form steroids though.

I lowered my finasteride dose once I noticed the gyne and got off about a week later, and didn't start the Evista until 4 weeks later. Would there be any benefit, or negative effects, to upping my dosage, at least for a while?

I've been on Evista for almost three weeks now, taking 120mg a day for a week and then went down to 90mg/day the past couple days. I've seen no improvement, and if anything I might say it's a little worse, although I may be imagining that. The pain is still there and the lump is as big as ever.

I ordered the Evista from alldaychemist.com, though. I've heard it's reputable, but who knows. It's an Indian online pharmacy. Are there any sites that don't require prescriptions that are more reputable? Not really sure what to do at this point. I'll keep taking this, but I"m wondering if I should order another batch from somewhere else, or maybe switch to Nolva.
