Maybe it did'nt but who knows what it did for his opinion of his appearance.

His donor from the pic looks excellent, and my guess is he didn't have much crown loss..

Extensive crown loss in the back and dropping sides are a far greater nightmare than extensive frontal loss - which i think is the easiest thing to restore.
