Hello guys, so I'm new here. I'm 24 and allready loosing a lot hair. I recently started liquid minoxidirdil (can't seem to find foam on mexico city) anyway, I noticed a lot of oily minoxidril residues on my hair (I wear it at a medium length to try and conceal the bald spots) My question is, would it be better if i shave it off while i wait for the minoxidril to take effect so it ends in my scalp and not my hair? Do any of you have any other general advise?

ouch! 'minoxidril' - that sounds painful 
It is the propylene glycol (pg) in the solution that makes it greasy. The options that I know of are: Get minoxidil without PG or like you said, keep it short. The only advice I have for you about min is to keep it from going systemic. Good luck to you.
