Basically I’m 21 years old my hair has been getting worse since last year but it wasn’t a big deal I took steroids for the whole year up till September and my hair has taking a real beating it hasn’t seem to go back and it seems to be getting worse.

I currently use nirzoal hair shampo every over day this is my only thing I use combat hair loss should i start over treatments ?
I’m worried about the negative sexual sides with finasteride would a regime like nirzoal and Mixodil be ok or say nirzoal mixodil and topical spironolactone or maybe ru5584 ?

Upload pictures bro, easier to evaluate your situation. Otherwise you can visit a dermatologist and get a professional opinion.

I have somw
If this helps
I'd recommend the Big Three bro (Nizoral, minoxidil + Finasteirde). Sadly minoxidil and nizoral doesn't hinder your DHT from continuing to damage your scalp hence keeps you losing hair, therefore an antiandrogen is crucial. I suggest reading about the big three (there's a section above on this website called ''Men's solutions'' and then come to terms with your hair loss and wether you want to treat it or not. Best of luck bro.

There is something going on, and also, it looks rather "abnormal" male pattern baldness, if you ask me.

It DOESN'T look like Androgen Alopecia, but rather something is physically wrong, it's patchy
all over.

You really should get a FULL CHECK UP. By that, I mean thyroid, everything.

Something is seriously off. It should not be patchy. You might also want to get the
downstairs tested as well. Unfortunately, steroids can have very nasty side effects.

It looks as if something either pulled your hair out, but it's very uneven.

It's true that androgen alopecia is very uneven, for the majority of men. By that, they lose
more on one side of their hairline than the other. Also, diffuse thinners lose more on one
side of their head.

But that is just too patchy, and looks very suspicious.

Assuming you went to a general physician. Yeah, I did aswell. They do not care for anything that does not damage your health physically-wise so to speak. In order to work out hairloss and such, you'll most likely have to visit a dermatologist

Its much safer to buy a unapproved chemical from a dodgy Chinese lab, than taking a hairloss drig that has been approved for more than 20 years...
Nice pics tho, next time take them when the car is stopped.
